Knight Frank’s facilities management subsidiary, Knight Frank Promise, has partnered with Kitt Medical, a pioneering UK health-tech company, first seen on Dragons’ Den, to transform the way emergency allergy care is delivered.

Knight Frank Promise is rolling out Kitt Medical’s award-winning Anaphylaxis Kitt across its UK client portfolio – starting in Newcastle – to improve safety and wellbeing.

Anaphylaxis is a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that can occur without warning. Since launch, over 1,500 Anaphylaxis Kitts have been installed in schools and businesses nationwide, directly contributing to 17 lives saved through rapid intervention.

Knight Frank Promise has signed up over 30 buildings and estates on behalf of their clients , with more joining daily to ensure that employees, clients and visitors are protected in the event of an allergy emergency.

Each kit includes a subscription supply of adrenaline pens (automatically restocked before expiry or after use); CPD-accredited online training for staff; incident reporting and compliance software; and a secure, visible cabinet for rapid access in emergencies.

Beyond safety, Kitt Medical’s ESG credentials align with Knight Frank’s sustainability commitments. All kits and their contents are UK-made using sustainable and recycled materials, and the company actively supports PlayitGreen, a global initiative driving environmental impact.

Ian Tew, Head of Knight Frank’s Newcastle office which is rolling out the kits across the North East, said: “This partnership reflects Knight Frank’s core value of putting people first. By investing in Kitt Medical’s life-saving solution, we are not only safeguarding the wellbeing of our colleagues and communities but also working to make allergy emergency care as common and accessible as defibrillators.

“This is more than a health initiative – it’s a commitment to safety, compassion, and putting people at the heart of everything we do.”

Kitt Medical, which appeared on Dragons’ Den and secured investment from Steven Bartlett and Deborah Meaden, is rapidly gaining traction as a leader in allergy emergency care across the UK.
